The Sebastian's Involvement in the Markus Passion Premiere

In this last episode about the Markus Passion world premiere in Pittsburgh, Sebastians lead member, Jeffrey Grossman, talks about his groups involvement in the project. Jeffrey, who is playing organ and harpsichord in the premiere, talks about history of the Sebastians. This ensemble specializes in music of the baroque and classical eras. He also talks about his role in this production, and what makes this version so special. Jeffrey shares his favorite parts of the project, and the makeup of the instrumental ensemble, which is highly unique. Jeffrey looks forward to collaborating with Chatham Baroque again in this project, and talks about his work in Pittsburgh while he was getting his master's degree at Carnegie Mellon University. He hopes the themes of this edition resonates with audiences in Pittsburgh and New York, and that people take advantage of seeing it staged in person.
