The Organ Artists Series of Pittsburgh is hosting its next recital at Calvary Episcopal Church tomorrow night, February 21st! Austrian organist, Lukas Hasler, and Director of Music at Calvary Episcopal Church, Alan Lewis, discusses with Jim Cunningham about Lukas's upcoming concert. Lukas talks about his program, which includes a portion of Bruckner's Symphony "Zero", Moonlight Sonata, Mozart's Sonata in G Major arranged by Lukas, and much more. Alan talks about his work with the church, and what the Organ Series does for the Pittsburgh Community. He also describes the next concert in April with Pittsburgh organist Ann Labounsky. Lukas highlights his world travels from Austria, to Los Angeles, to Ukraine. Lukas also tells the story of his performances in Ukraine at the start of the war, and why it was important to continue spreading culture and arts there.
