WQED-FM's Jim Cunningham spoke with Art DeMeo, Senior Director of Community Greenspace Projects with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy. The Conservancy currently facilitates planting and caring of 130 flower gardens in 20 counties throughout western PA. Ninety-one of those flower gardens are in Allegheny County.
